Reports, accountant package and export
What the reports show, what is in the package for your accountant and how to take all your data with you.

The reports
Under Reporting → Reports you choose the period at the top — Year, Quarter or Month, with ‹ › back and forward —, the basis (By invoice date or By payment received) and Net or Gross. The selection is in the address: a link shows exactly this view.

The surplus is not a profit in the balance-sheet sense: depreciation, wages outside Invobookz and private withdrawals are missing. Dividends do not reduce it.
- Incoming receipts only count once they are confirmed.
- A receipt in a foreign currency without a euro amount is left out.
- Documents taken over from Lexware Office or sevDesk are visible, but do not count here.
As Excel downloads the view as a spreadsheet, with the same period and basis.
The accountant package
Under Reporting → Accountant package you choose a VAT quarter and click Download package. You get a ZIP file with:
- all invoices and credit notes of the quarter as PDF — as they were sent
- all incoming receipts, with every page
- an Excel workbook with invoices, expenses and reports
- the filing files for VAT and VIES — only with the tax module and only if nothing blocks the return
- a guide to what is where
If the filing files are missing, the package says why. The package itself always works — also for an accountant you added to the team with the role Tax adviser; they can download it themselves.
Take all your data with you
Under Settings → Business → Company, card Take your data, Download export gives you a ZIP file with all data of your company: every table as JSON and as CSV, plus all receipt files and a description. Access credentials for bank, Stripe or cloud are not included.
The export works in every role and also without a running subscription.
